How to Order

Step 1 - Choose Your Size

We have both A4 and A3 sizes available for you to just from as well as the option for your woven photograph to arrive framed and ready to hang. Want to select your own frame? no issue, make sure to select unframed when ordering!
Step 2 - Upload your Photo

During purchase you'll be asked to upload your chosen photograph. For the best results please use a high resolution image. (no screenshots please!). We will be in touch if we need anything else.

Step 3 - We get Weaving

Once we've received your photo and confirmed the details, we will begin weaving your modern tapestry. Please allow up to a week for production.
Step 4 - Dispatch and Delivery

Your finished modern tapestry will be carefully packaged and dispatched with Royal Mail. You'll receive a notification as soon as its on your way.

What is the return policy?

While handmade and customised goods are exempt from the standard 14 day 'right to cancel' or 'change of mind' rules, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know by emailing us at TheModernTapestryCo@gmail.com and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

All sales are final. However if we haven'tstarted production yet and you would like to edit or change your order, we are usually able to accommodate. Unfortunately no changed are able to be made if production of your order has already begun.

When will I get my order?

Please allow up to 1 week for production of your order plus 72 hours for dispatch. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured on The Modern Tapestry Co weaving studio just outside of Brighton. All our photos are printed onto fabric in house and hand woven by our small team of weavers. We source our materials including our 100% silk threads from small UK suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
